I am Kara Ghassabeh.
I am a life coach & communications consultant. I help people figure out what to say and how to say it in tough situations. My approach is all about uncovering the truth and then finding the most elegant, useful, and peaceful way to communicate it that honors everyone involved.
I love working with women facing intense personal or professional situations communicate not only clearly and effectively but honestly and sincerely. I am here as a thought partner, coach, and strategist helping you navigate turbulent times and find the right words when they matter the most.
I grew up in beautiful southern Maryland the second of six siblings. I came to the city for high school at Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School in Washington D.C. I went on to study Sociology and Peace and Conflict Studies at the College of the Holy Cross. My favorite time there was the year I spent abroad studying literature at Oxford University. I got my Masters in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and then my Life Coach certification through the Martha Beck Inc. I have spent over a decade working in non profit communications and fundraising. I have been coaching people on relationship issues since 2013.
