I am Kara Ghassabeh.
I am a communications maven with a background in non profit administration and life coaching. I help people figure out what to say and how to say it in a way that inspires, motivates, and moves the needle. In an age of overwhelming information, style is everything. My approach is steeped in simplicity which allows the truth to shine and the message to resonate.
People need to feel what you are saying.
I can help you get there. I love working with leaders of non profits, schools and families find the words when they matter the most.
I grew up in beautiful southern Maryland the second of six siblings. I came to the city for high school at Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School in Washington D.C. I went on to study Sociology and Peace and Conflict Studies at the College of the Holy Cross. My favorite time there was the year I spend abroad studying at Oxford University. I then went on to get my Masters in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I also became a certified Life Coach through the Martha Beck Inc. I have spent over a decade working in non profit communications and fundraising. I have been coaching people on relationship issues since 2013.
